Are your weekends your time for 2 workouts instead of one,
or do you take them off completely?
Do you stick to your healthy food choices or do you let yourself go
completely. I believe in a happy
medium. While talking to clients
on Monday mornings, I am troubled to hear how far they veer off of their paths
just because of the weekend, however they vow to get back on track during the
week. Although I don't approve of
a lot of their choices, I don't believe in NOT enjoying yourself either. Being so stuck in a routine you skip
happy hour with friends or don't go out to eat with your family, can make you
feel trapped within your own body.
So where is your happy medium?
What sacrifices and indulgences are worth it to you?
Remember, one bad day doesn't make a bad week or a bad lifetime. Believe in your goals and believe in yourself. Make a lifestyle that works for you so you feel good about yourself but don't miss out on life's luxuries.
