Fit Tip | Face Your Weakness



If you are avoiding a certain exercise like the plague and you hate doing it... start.  You're probably avoiding it because it is your weakness.  My fitness weakness?  Yoga & Pilates... My family got me to go last weekend and it wasn't as painful as I thought.  They made me confront what I always avoid and I challenge you to face your weaknesses too!

Ever heard of "Thread the needle"?  I hadn't!
